Kitchen outdated. Microwave and refrigerator have seen better days. Had to ask for every little thing ~ kitchen not stocked with basics.

tub shower faucet leaked badly. it was so water damaged it could not stop the water from flowing I also reserved a handicapped room and was given a regular room.

This place has a wonderful staff and is located in a peaceful setting near California, stores, freeway access, and San Francisco, making it my favorite spot to stay.

This hotel was nice place for exploring Warm Springs District, really enjoyed it and property’s very helpful and excellent staff on shift. I booked beautiful and good room with hdtv and microwave, for instance. Everywhere there was clean.

That ice machine was missing.

The location here is great, the staff is fantastic, and it's very convenient being close to the highway.

It was ideal for me, I travel a lot an get tired of eating out so nice to do a little cooking in my room

Free slow Wifi.

I asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking room with no explanation. The shower was spraying water up to the ceiling and saturating the sheetrock. The bed was hard and the towels were like sandpaper.

The front desk staff was amazing, with a cheerful and helpful young lady who was willing to go above and beyond. The room was clean and having a kitchen was a nice added convenience. Check-in was easy and the staff was always helpful. The location was also great, with easy access to the 880 highway and plenty of parking available.

I do recommend this hotel.

The room is quiet, clean and very comfort. I had a very good rest after a long day with heavy meetings.

Staff put me in the wrong room which someone already had it. I had to drag all my stuffs out to lobby and then went to another room which was just next door. And then the staff charged me two times on my credit card. Luckly he fixed the problem later.
